The Fault In Our Stars by John Green is an amazing book. I think it is an amazing  book even so I cried while reading it.This is not a true book. This book came out in 2012 but did not come popular till the movie was first announced.I thought the book was better than the movie. I think the book had more scenes that explained the characters personalities than the movies did. I feel this is how it always is with movies and books. Summary: Hazel Grace Lancaster is a pleasant young girl. At the age of seventeen Hazel Grace has to deal having diagnosed with Stage 4 Thyroid cancer with metastasis forming in her lungs, but has managed to live with her disease owing to doses of an experimental drug called Phalanxifor (this drug does not exist outside of the book and movie). Hazel Grace has to use a portable oxygen tank to breath properly. Having to deal with all of this Hazel Grace is still a fun pleasant girl to be around. Her mom makes her go to a support group but she really doesn't like going. Hazel Grace at support group can’t get her eyes off this teenage boy, Augustus Waters. Augustus has osteosarcoma and is now cancer free after having his leg amputated. He is only at support group to support his friend Isaac. Isaac had an eye removed from a tumor being in it. He now has to get the other eye removed for the same reason. The three of them (Hazel Grace, Augustus and, Isaac) become good friends. However Hazel Grace and Augustus fall in love. Some happy and exciting things happen to Hazel Grace and Augustus. Some sad and depressing things happen to Hazel Grace and Augustus. Read to find out what happens.
